Booking Terms & Conditions for Luxury Holiday Home

Welcome to Luxury Holiday Home. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By completing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings and Payment

      • All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
      • Payment must be made online through our secure payment facility.
      • Payment confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

      • Cancellations made up to 3 weeks prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
      • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the check-in date.


3. Amendments to Booking
      • Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing, as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
      • Additional charges may apply for amendments.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
      • Check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out must be completed by 11am.
      • Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

5. Occupancy and Conduct
      • The property is to be used for holiday purposes only.
      • Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all occupants and must ensure the property is kept in good condition.
      • The property is not to be used for Hen or Stag Parties.

6. Damage and Loss
      • Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

7. Force Majeure
      • Luxury Holiday Home shall not be liable for events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
      • Luxury Holiday Home shall not be liable for death or any personal injury.

8. General Terms
  • Guests must comply with all house rules provided at the time of check-in.
  • Failure to adhere to these terms may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
